PAYMENT

Credit / debit card and PayPal

Payment online by credit/debit card and PayPal is accepted. Credit/debit card payments are securely processed by PayPal and currency conversion is automatic so payments may be made from most countries and bank accounts worldwide. PayPal has a very high level of security, customer privacy and protection, all transactions are performed over maximum security SSL encryption and your card/bank details are not stored or made available to us in any way.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Original paintings

We endeavour to ship original paintings within 3 working days of order confirmation but please allow a maximum of 10 days for delivery. If there is a delay we will be in touch with updates.

We offer free delivery NZ Wide and can ship overseas at the buyers cost - please use the contact page to request a shipping quote.

Please be aware that delivery times may be longer due to delays in the postal system.

Canvas prints

Canvas prints are custom printed to order - we endeavour to ship canvas prints within 5 working days of order confirmation, but this can take longer depending on the print supplier’s workload. If there is a delay we will be in touch with updates.

We offer free delivery NZ Wide and can supply a shipping quote for overseas. Please be aware that delivery times may be longer due to delays in the postal system. 

Note that NZ Post International Air is an un-tracked service. If you would like your item tracked please let us know when you contact us for a shipping quote.

Limited edition prints

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

All artworks are custom made so unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange if you change your mind. If your order is damaged in transit, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the goods (the statutory minimum is 7 days). Photographs of damage should be sent to  toni.kingstone.artist@gmail.com. Goods must be returned securely wrapped and packaged in the original packaging or similar equivalent. Once the returned goods have been received and checked, you will be issued a replacement or full refund, usually via the same payment method used for purchase (e.g. PayPal refund etc.) and you will be reimbursed for the return shipping cost.
